Albuquerque has a long history of filmmaking, beginning with “Indian Day School”, shot in 1898 at Isleta Pueblo by  the Edison Company.  We are proud of our reputation for being a Film-Friendly city.  In fact, the Locations Manager Guild Association, in their first Annual Awards Ceremony, named the Albuquerque Film Office “Outstanding Film Commission” for its work with “Breaking Bad” & “Lone Survivor” 2014.
